Hard Reset Android Device:
Step 1.Power off your Android.
Step 2.Press and hold your the Volume Down button of Android, then press the Power button or hold down the Home key while pressing the Power button.
Step 3.Press Volume Down button and scroll down to the “Clear Storage” or “Factory Reset”.
Step 4.Press Power or OK.
Step 5.Press Volume Up and wait for the reset process to finish.
Step 6.Now you can power on your device.

Tips:Hard reset may lead to wipe all data and the settings from Android,you should do a backup for Android to prevent Android data loss happen.
