After the Galaxy Note 7 released, Samsung really “fire” for a while. Due to the presence of a battery fire explosion hazards, the company had to recall sale worldwide. But if Samsung can bet to the new flagship released in February next year, then decline may be able to restore Note 7. According to “Korea Herald Tribune” reported that Samsung is considering cancel Galaxy S8 flat screen version, only available for sale as Note 7 as hyperbolic screen models.

The report also pointed out, Samsung Display (only hyperbolic screen manufacturers) have already set up both 5.1 and 5.5 inches screen size.

Hyperbolic screen has been equipped in two models of Galaxy S series phones, namely the 2015 Galaxy S6 edge, as well as the 2016 Galaxy S7 edge.

After S6 edge release, the demand greatly exceeded expectations, unfortunately because of capacity problems and was unable to push the sales of the model to a new level. This year’s S7 edge as been favorable, far more than its sales flat screen version.

In summary, if the screen version of the Samsung hyperbolic enabled only on Galaxy S8, things will be even more interesting.
